Dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was informed on 5 January 2007 that Mark Wells, a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, purchased 52,467 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 377 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Wells and his wife, Mrs Karina Wells, have therefore increased their holding to 96,107 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.31 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
