("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed that on 8 May 2007 Mark Wells, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, aquired 10.972 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 269 pence.

Following this acquisition, Mr Wells and his wife, Mrs Karina Wells, now hold 107,079 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
