          ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) AND INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT
                 For the period 4 June 2007 to 20 September 2007

Games Workshop Group PLC ("the Group") issued the following interim management
statement for the period 4 June 2007 to 20 September 2007 on the occasion of its
AGM today.

In the three months to 2 September 2007 trading has been broadly in line with
the board's expectations.

The only significant transaction during the period was the renegotiation of the
Group's banking facilities as set out in the annual report for the year ended 3
June 2007, which was published on 30 July 2007.

All resolutions, including special business, considered at the AGM were passed.
