The Company was informed on Thursday 31st January 2008 that, on that day, Tom Kirby (Chairman) acquired 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 202 pence per Ordinary Share.

This acquisition of Ordinary Shares represented approximately 0.39 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.

Following this acquisition, Mr Kirby has a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 2,167,009 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.96 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 (1) (a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
