The Company was informed that, on 22 May 2009, John Laughlin, Head of Operations and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 206 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Laughlin holds 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
