Total voting rights

As at the date of this announcement theCompany had 32,505,438 issued ordinary shares of 5 pence each admitted totrading.  Each ordinary share carries theright to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of theCompany.  The Company does not hold any ordinaryshares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used byshareholders and others with notification obligations as their denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
