Games Workshop Group PLC (the “Group”) issued the following interim management statement for the period 31 May 2010 to 16 September 2010 at the close of its AGM held today at 10.00 hours:

“In the three months to 29 August 2010 trading has been broadly in line with the board’s expectations.

“The only significant transaction during the period was the renewal of the Group’s banking facilities, as set out in the annual report for the year ended 30 May 2010, which was published on 27 July 2010.”

All resolutions, including special business, considered at the AGM were passed.
